To Nebulas Community:

When Nebulas NOVA launched on Mainnet, Nebulas Governance is Approaching;
Now we should decide the minimal Gas price and the parameters and functions for DIP and NR;
Together, let’s decide the future of the Nebulas ecosystem.

Tips: This voting method is not the final version, it will be updated in the future. Please look forward.

How to vote?

Send 0 NAS to the address via wallets.

Each address can vote once for one proposal:

1. If you vote many times via one address, that's will be merged into one.

2. If you vote both YES and NO via one address, that's invalid.

How to approve?

During the voting period, for each proposal:

1. More than 1,000 valid transactions totally;

2. More than 51% support YES.

Then this proposal will be approved.

If it's approved, what will happen?

If the proposal is approved, we will update NPR on May 6th via NBRE.

The Parameters and Functions for DIP and NR

This proposal includes all parameters and functions for Developer Incentive Protocol (DIP) and Nebulas Rank (NR). Although the NR Yellow Paper and the DIP Mauve paper described the algorithm and properties of NR and DIP, concrete functions and parameters are left blank. This proposal will improve the parameters and functions for DIP and NR.
