The distribution of NAS are subject to Nebulas’ Terms & Conditions for Token Sale. In acquiring NAS, and as a condition precedent thereto, purchasers must acknowledge that they have received the Terms & Conditions and must agree in writing to accept and to be bound by such Terms & Conditions. Nebulas will provide the latest version of its Terms & Conditions for Token Sale to any potential purchaser of NAS upon request.
